1. Payment

• Accepted Payment Methods:
You can pay for your order via:
– Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express…),
– PayPal,
– Secure digital solutions (ShopPay, Apple Pay if available).

• Payment Security:
Payment is debited immediately and processed by certified providers. No banking data is stored by Maison Ysance.

• VAT Exemption:
In accordance with the basic VAT exemption scheme, prices are exclusive of VAT. The statement "VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the General Tax Code" appears on the invoice.

2. Delivery

• Delivery Zones:
Maison Ysance delivers to the countries indicated on the website when placing the order. The list of deliverable zones may change depending on logistical constraints.

• Delivery Times:
The delivery times indicated on the website are average times. They begin to run from the validation of the order and payment.
In case of exceptional delay, we will contact the customer to inform them and propose a suitable solution.

• Delivery Methods:
You can choose from different delivery methods offered when ordering:
– Standard home delivery (DPD),
– Delivery to a relay point (Mondial Relay).
Delivery costs are clearly indicated before order validation.

• Order Tracking:
A confirmation email is sent as soon as the package is shipped. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

• Receipt and Verification:
The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of damage:
– Note reservations on the carrier's delivery note,
– Provide one or more photos of the damaged product,
– Keep the packaging,
– Inform Maison Ysance within 48 hours.
Without specific reservations, transport-related damages cannot be compensated.

• Unavailability:
If a product becomes unavailable after the order, Maison Ysance will contact the customer to:
– Propose a replacement,
– Or proceed with a refund for the item concerned within 7 working days.
