Maison Ysance is committed to providing you with compliant and quality products. This page describes your rights and the procedures to follow to return a product or exercise your right of withdrawal.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or incur penalties.
• Excluded products:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Products manufactured to order or customized,
- Textiles unsealed or removed from a sealed package,
- Items installed, used, washed or soiled,
- Hygiene products.
2. Return procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:
- Inform Maison Ysance by email at: contact@maisonysance.com, specifying your order number and the product(s) concerned.
- Return the item(s) in their original condition:
- Clean and unused products,
- Original packaging,
- Accompanied by the delivery note.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error attributable to Maison Ysance.
3. Damaged or non-compliant products
If an item is broken, incomplete, or not compliant with your order:
• Maison Ysance will require photographs to ascertain the defect,
• After verification, Maison Ysance will, as appropriate:
- Exchange the item,
- Or issue a refund.
Items returned without adequate protection or that have suffered damage during return transport will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as for the initial order, unless otherwise agreed.
