1 Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for products purchased from Maison Ysance.
This guarantee covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery and appearing within 2 years from this delivery.
You can request, free of charge, the replacement of the non-conforming product.

2. Legal Guarantee against Hidden Defects

In accordance with articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, you also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects.
This guarantee covers any hidden defect rendering the product unfit for its intended use or so diminishing its use that you would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had you known about it.
The period for taking action is 2 years from the discovery of the defect.

3. Implementation of Guarantees

To benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity or the guarantee against hidden defects:
1.    Contact Maison Ysance at contact@maisonysance.com.
2.    Provide the delivery note and/or the invoice.
3.    Describe the defect and provide photographs.
After verification, Maison Ysance will propose the most suitable solution:
•    Product replacement,
•    Price reduction,
•    Product refund.

4. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products Upon Receipt

If a product is received broken, incomplete, or not in conformity with the order, Maison Ysance will:
•    request photographs to ascertain the defect,
•    propose an exchange or a refund as appropriate.
Items returned without adequate protection or damaged during return transport cannot be refunded.
